The humidity level in the cellar is kept high initially, and then over time is decreased. This gives this XO the particular roundness that Cognac lovers enjoy. Taste: A vast palette of rich flavours, displaying hints of fresh and candied fruits (orange, citrus and apricot), boldly mixing in honey, liquorice, chocolate, almond, vanilla and hazelnut notes, with a subtle, mild oak finish.
