Payment

Payment must be made in the invoiced currency (EUR). If you pay in another currency, such payments will be credited at the current rate of exchange. Exchange differences may then occur and will be charged to your account.

When making a bank transfer, please be instructed that each part pays its own fee. If a corresponding bank is used, any extra costs and/or handling fee will be charged on your account.

Delivery

Deliveries are subject to relevant official regulations etc. Customs procedures are for the customers own responsibility and risk. Possible costs or penalties must be settled by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for strikes, war, states of emergency or other conditions beyond our control.

Door to door delivery service

We offer door to door service. Your order will be delivered at the street main entrance of the mission. This service is either included in the freight rate or charged separately.

Packing/Handling

All merchandise will be securely packed in accordance with the mode transport. Export packing/handling is charged at cost or in accordance with our Transport Information.
