Procedure of order

We offer two ways of purchase:

For European Union countries:

Select products from our online store;
Complete the online order;
We will prepare all necessary export and transit declaration documents (VAT and Excise Duty Exemption Certificate according to EU Directive 77/388/EEG-Article 15(10) and Directive 92/12/EEG-Article 23(1)), and send you a final price of purchase (including delivery);
Once payment has been received, we will send your order within 4-5 working days (or express delivery – within 1 working day).

For Non-European Union countries:

Select products from our online store;
Complete the online order;
We will send you a final price of purchase (including delivery);
Once payment has been received, we will send your order within 4-5 working days (or express delivery – within 1 working day).

Description of safety and personification of sales:

If purchasing excise goods, it is necessary to obtain VAT and Excise Duty Exemption Certificate (according to EU Directive 77/388/EEG-Article 15(10) and Directive 92/12/EEG-Article 23(1)) in three copies (one copy for each party - “Stream ” as Supplier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as state fiscal body and the diplomat as a Consumer).

Important note:

The completed VAT and Excise Duty Exemption Certificate according to EU Directive 77/388/EEG - Article 15(10) and Directive 92/12/EEG - Article 23(1) must be:

Signed by the head of mission which the consumer work in;
Signed and sealed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the Diplomatic Mission is located.
