Prices

All prices in this catalogue listed in Euro (EUR) are fixed, exclusive of any duties, taxes, VAT, and/or other government taxes. Adjustments due to manufacturer's price increases or currency fluctuations may be made without prior notice.

Substitutes

Reasonable substitutes are made for articles which may temporarily be out of stock or discontinued, unless you indicate otherwise in the space provided on the order form.

Country of Origin

Due to frequent changes of production places, it is not possible for us to guarantee specific countries of origin. However, all production is supervised by the brand owners and fully covered by their quality guarantee.

Product Liability

For a period not exceeding 6 months from date of invoice we accept liability confined to personal injury or damage to property caused by the mer-chandise, subject to satisfactory proof that such damage or injury is due to gross negligence on our part. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the merchandise in question. Loss of profit or other indirect losses are not covered.

Guarantee

We issue an unconditional guarantee for 12 months from date of invoice for articles purchased from us, covering defects is material or workmanship regardless of the manufacturer’s guarantee. Our invoice is your guaranteed certificate. Indirect costs are not covered.  

Insurance

Shipments arranged by us are fully insured. The insurance liability expires 3 days after the arrival of the means transport.
