Produced in our Costalunga Estate, in the Classical area of Valpolicella, a land full of tradition and well known for its wine and food culture, after a careful manual selection, the Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes are left to rest in wooden boxes and then gently pressed to create a wine of undoubted quality with great complexity that gets better with age. Food pairing: with roasted meat, grilled meat, game and mature cheeses or enjoyed without a meal. Serving temperature: 18° C. Taste: Rounded, velvety, enveloping and soft. Appearance: Red, becoming garnet red with ageing. Aroma: Elegant and spicy with hints of cherry, Marasca cherry, dry fruit and prunes. Grape variety: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina
