Weingut Wittmann produces a special created series of wines which cannot be bought elsewhere but at Gebr. Heinemann. The Wittmann Grauburgunder is one of them. Weingut Wittmann is one of the leading estates from Rheinhessen. In addition to Rieslingas the main grape variety Pinot varietals are of particular importance to the winery. Through biodynamic cultivation, intensive vineyard care and traditional wine making, wines with their own character, great terroir & high qualities are created. Food pairing: with fish, vegetables, white meat or even pasta dishes such as carbonara, mushroom dishes and much more. Serving temperature: 8-10° C. Taste: On the palate it is of medium weight, it is pleasantly lively and stimulating. Appearance: Medium yellow Aroma: Aromas of ripe apples with a hint of exotic fruit.
