Maison G.H. Martel wanted to enhance the Victoire cuvées by creating three limited editions, a tribute to the original 18th century bottle. The bottle is painted in its respective color with a tin labelling. Food pairing: with veal tartar with hazelnuts, walnut oil, preserved lemon, puff pastry with porcini mushrooms and fleur de sel. Serving temperature: 8-10° C. Taste: The sensation in the mouth is precise, semi-thick in texture, the tinted fruity flesh is very present on a lemony background and caramelized banana. The concealed freshness is striking in its imprint and internal brightness, it causes an exemplary length. Appearance: Intense golden yellow. Aroma: The fragrances are rich, waxed with a highly seductive internal complexity.
