Recipe of the whisky produced by blending, was designed by William Sanderson in 1882. So whisky gets its name - "vat" is translated as "barrel".
Taste: Ground almonds and barley malt. Slightly biscuity, more of those pear notes, a little pepper. Sweet, rounded.
Aroma: Hints of spice and caramel, notes of barley malt, with a soft wheat character. A touch of pear juice.
