Pazo das Bruxas is a tribute to the folklore and nature of Galicia, a land of vast forests inhabited by mystical and magical beings. Like "bruxas" Galician witches. It is made by the local and most representative variety of Rías Baixas region; Albariño. In 2012, the fifth generation of Familia Torres launched a winegrowing project in Rías Baixas and made its first Albariño with the name of Pazo das Bruxas. This wine is made from grapes grown primarily in the subzone of the Valle de Salnés. It is an intensely aromatic wine displaying distinctive fruit notes (green apple and lemon peel) with clean undertones of hay. Food pairing: The perfect choice as an aperitif or to pair with raw, cooked or grilled seafood. Its lively palate strikes a perfect balance with soft goat cheeses. Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
Taste: It is silky and savoury with fine floral (lime blossom) and fruit (lemon marmalade) notes.
Appearance: Pale yellow.
Aroma: fresh and clean on the nose, with hints of peach, tarragon, sea breeze and mineral notes.
Grape variety: Albariño
