Calafuria is a Rosé obtained from Negroamaro grapes originating from our estate Masseria Maìme. Calafuria is produced from vineyards that extend along the Adriatic coastline. Its name comes from one of the over 700 bays on the Apulian peninsula. The region boasts a long tradition for the production of rosé wines made from Negroamaro, a variety that best expresses its full potential near the sea. Calafuria is a rosé that is delicate, pleasantly fruity, savory, and well-rounded, reflecting the aromas and colors of its home territory, Salento. Food pairing: with light dishes. Serving temperature: 8-10° C. Taste: The palate is pleasantly fresh defined by outstanding aromatic persistence and delicate savory notes. Appearance: Pale pink color.
