The "Ripasso" method is a unique wine-making technique which is particular to the Valpolicella Classico region. It combines simplicity and grace with power and majesty to produce a wine that is appreciated by men and loved by women, and is one of Italy's most successful wines worldwide. Food pairing: with boiled, braised or grilled meats. Serving temperature: 16-18° C.
Taste: Full-bodied yet elegant, with gentle, silky tannins and a very long finish.
Appearance: A deep, bright ruby red.
Aroma: It is rich and intensely spicy on the nose, with notes of cherry jam, tobacco and black pepper.
