Born among the Tuscan hills of Cinigiano in Poderi BellOvile, this wine marks the return of Dante’s descendants to their native region. The Vermentino grapes are grown with a biological method and they give richness in flower aromas, white berries, especially white currant. Food pairing: good with delicate foods such as fish, white meats and vegetable dishes. Serving temperature: 8-10° C. Taste: Strong character and hints of white melon and dried apricot on the palate. Sustained acidity makes the wine very attractive and long on the palate. Appearance: Deep yellow colour with golden reflections. Aroma: White currant floral aromas on the nose with hints of vanilla.
