Caroline is the seventh generation of winemaker — and first woman — at the venerable Schlossgut. Year by year, she imbues her wines with her own personal signature - straightforward, mineral, shaped by terroir and authenticity. Food pairing: ideal with crustaceans and river and sea fish. It also goes excellently with white poultry and veal. It is also a great treat on its own. Serving temperature: 8-10° C. Taste: Elegant fruitiness, fine spicy notes, extremely spicy aftertaste.
