Composed of hand-harvested grapes from the single Schloss Johannisberg vineyard, a highly aromatic Riesling with distinctive notes of white flowers, citrus and pear. Complex, exceptionally balanced and refined. Food pairing: as an aperitif; light cold-dishes such as shellfish, salads, sushi; light warm-dishes such as chicken, fish. Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
