Superiore Chianti Superiore was recently introduced into Ruffino's portfolio and represents a precious complement to the winery's rich Chianti selection, reinterpreted in a new style which reflects the demanding taste of the modern consumer. l Superiore is produced by grapes selected in low yield vineyards located in the Chianti area. No more that 7 tons of grapes per hectare are cultivated in these vineyards. Food pairing: perfectly to being enjoyed solo or paired with from soups to meat and cheese. Serving temperature: 16-18° C. Taste: Intense and medium-bodied wine with elegant tannins. Medium-long finish reminiscent of fresh plums. Appearance: Ruby red. Aroma: Generous and bold bouquet with fruity plum and floral violet notes, followed by white pepper overtones. Grape variety: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.
