Weingut Robert Weil was founded in 1875, and today this family business is run by its fourth generation – Wilhelm Weil. The estate's hillside location, covering 222 acres in Kiedrich Klosterberg, Kiedrich Turmberg and Kiedrich Gräfenberg, are all planted entirely with Riesling grapes. Throughout its history the estate has always focused on Riesling and adhered to strict quality-oriented practices in the vineyard and the cellar, where the wines are vinified as gently as possible. Consistent quality management guarantees the production of highly respected wines. Food pairing: with seafood, pasta in a light sauce, fried or grilled fish, poultry dishes. Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
Taste: This light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly light and crisp texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Rheingau Riesling reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate.
Appearance: Brilliant, light yellow.
Aroma: Notes of nashi pear, peach, apricot and vineyard peach, green bell pepper.
Grape variety: Riesling.
