Duas Quintas is a red wine from the Upper Douro, belonging to Quinta de Ervamoira at 150 metres altitude and to Quinta dos Bons Ares at 600 metres altitude. It is made with the traditional varieties that reflect the potential of this region. Together, the yields from these two Quintas deliver a strong, fruity and highly complex wine, the Duas Quintas. Food pairing: With startes such as pâtés and charcuterie, veal carpaccio, vegetarian dishes, oven-baked fish.Serving temperature: 16– 18ºC. Taste: A dense wine, with velvety tannins, yet also fresh. Appearance: Dark red with garnet coloured reflexes. Aroma: Aroma of plum and cherry, concentrated and complex. Grape variety: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, Tinto Cão, Tinta Amarela, Tinta da Barca.
