The vineyards of Prunotto extend across an area of about 50 hectares, in the region of Langhe and Monferrato, segmented into small plots of land consisting of individual vineyards from which great red wines are produced. Food pairing: dark food , spicy food. Serving temperature: 16-18° C. Taste: Full and fruity with excellent structure and silky tannins accompanied by extraordinary freshness. The wine closes with a persistent finish that echoes aromas perceived on the nose. Appearance: Intensely ruby red with light garnet hues. Aroma: Complex and precise: notes of red oranges and pink pepper lead to hints of small wild berries and roots. Grape variety: Nebbiolo.
