Protos, which comes from the Greek word for "first", has the pride and privilege of having found maturity and ease in the best and foremost of the wineries in the area and of having been a recognised trademark all this time. Food pairing: Red meats, dishes with truffles, smoked meats and fish, dishes with creamy sauces, cured cheeses. Serving temperature: 17-18º C. Taste: Good acidity, with great fruit-wood balance and a persistent and harmonious finish. Appearance: Dark cherry red color, with garnet highlights. Aroma: Intense, black fruit, licorice, light toast, vanilla, spices, mineral and balsamic tones. Grape variety: Tempranillo.
