Details
Moët Impérial is the house’s most iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, one that is distinguished by its bright fruitiness, seductive palate and elegant maturity.
Created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals: Pinot noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay.
Taste: the graceful palate is both straightforward and complex, with a sleek, pure flavour that leads into a long, languorously intricate finish, expressed by bracing, refreshing notes of rhubarb and grapefruit, and a touch of mint.
Appearance: golden straw yellow with green highlights
Aroma: precise, pure and refined. It develops into a bouquet filled with notes of white peach and exotic fruits, followed by floral and botanical scents and a spicier, sweeter finish.
Grape variety: Pinot noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay.
