Details
Elegant wine with a delicate texture attracts the rich and soft fruit flavors with silky tannins and moderate acidity. Food pairing: With grilled meats, tuna steaks, chorizo and jamon, Indian cuisine, Spanish tortilla, French onion soup, Chinese food and also sheep's cheese. Serving temperature: 16- 18º C.
Taste: The palate is ripe, rounded and silky, and shows fine texture and polished tannins, leading to a lingering dry finish. A classic expression of Rioja.
Appearance: Deep, clear, dark cherry red colour with a violet hue.
Aroma: Dark fruit, game, nutmeg and clove characters with forest floor undertones.
