Thanks to the combination of well-matured fruits and a variety of different vineyard sites, this wine brings forth black fruits with a powerful intensity. The greatest challenge has been to optimise the harvest time of all of the individual varieties. From a simple idea a great success story has been developed – all totally unplanned. Food pairing: Lamb, beef, game. Serving temperature: 16-18°C. Taste: Fruity, but at the same time juicy, powerful and well structured. Full-bodied and excellent density on the finish.
