The grapes used to make this wine come from vineyards situated on hills of recent geological formation, that have preserved a thick mantle at the surface, predominantly composed of limestone soil, rather loose, with a significant percentage of quartz sand and very fine silt, alternated with firm layers of gray sandstone. This soil composition enhances the characteristics of typicity of the Dolcetto d’Alba grape variety. Food pairing: With starters, delicate first courses and tasty dishes. Serving temperature: 16° C.
