Coteaux Bourguignons is a rather new appellation (2011).It is a harmonious and representative blend of our famous grapes, coming from their homeland Burgundy :Chardonnay and Aligoté. Food pairing: with fish, shellfish and chicken, mild creamy cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
Taste: Light body with good acidity.
Appearance: Pale lemon-yellow colour.
Aroma: Medium intense aroma of green apples, white flowers, lemon-peel and minerals.
