Selected pomace, harvested when fresh and soft, from Chardonnay grapes, distilled with artisanal stills, refined in barriques and bottled without the addition of flavors and / or caramel. Taste: In one’s mouth there are notes of chocolate and newly shelled almonds. It should be served at room temperature in wide balloon-type glasses. Ideal when coupled with foie gras, dark chocolate or chocolate based desserts. Perfect as a bases for fabulous cocktails. Appearance: Lightly amber coloured after a short time spent in barriques. Aroma: Refined and elegant, it reminds the scent of bread, vanilla and pastry.
