The vine cultivation process of each grower is supported by the team: we share our know-how in order to focus on producing the very best fruit. According to tradition in Chablis, grapes are crushed and pressed in the property of origin. Food pairing: Enjoy it as an aperitif or with prawns and watercress salad, japanese food or oysters.
