Grapes are supplied by local growers who have built up an in-depth relationship with Laroche over many years. The vine cultivation process of each grower is supported by the team: we share our know-how in order to focus on producing the very best fruit. According to tradition in Chablis, grapes are crushed and pressed in the property of origin. Food pairing: Enjoy it as an aperitif or with prawns and watercress salad, japanese food or oysters. Serving temperature: 8-10° C. Taste: Fresh and harmonious palate with flavours of white fruit and spring blossom. Appearance: Pale gold colour. Aroma Youthful, pungent nose with mineral nuance.
