“Les Garennes” is a single vineyard of 2 hectares planted on an Oxfordian clay & limestone soil. This terroir is conferring to our grapes balance, intensity and deepness. Organically certified since 2013, the Sauvignon Blanc plot is cultivated as a “small garden” to produce a racy and fresh aromatic wine. Its delicate minerality and fruitiness show off a distinguished Sancerre wine. The structure allows a great aromatic intensity, roundness, brightness and a good ageing potential. Food pairing: with lightly roasted turbot fillet with young vegetables, scallops marinated in ginger. Serving temperature: 11-13° C. Taste: Its generosity shines through on the palate, with fresh notes of bitter orange and long, complex minerality. Appearance: Elegant golden hue with silver highlights.
