This grand vin is the offspring of Motta’s strong passion for the Bordeaux cuvée. The grapes are grown in vineyard parcels planted in clay schists with very rocky textures, and the percentage of grapes in the blend varies from year to year. Food pairing: with red meat. Serving temperature: 16-18° C. Taste: Full-bodied structure and its freshness promise a long cellar-aging future. Appearance: Bright, vibrant ruby red. Aroma: Black fruit, crushed stone, truffle essence and toasted spice emerge from the bouquet. Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
