Krim was produced for the first time in 1799 in the Crimean city of Sudak and Alushta. A region that is known for its mild climate. To date, Crimean sparkling wine is produced in traditional cellars to guarantee the high quality of our Crimean sparkling wine by the use of fine grapes and the traditional bottle fermentation.
