No ester molecules (flavor carriers) are removed from the liquid and so we preserve the authentic, real whiskey taste. It remains the full aroma of the malt and a rich mouthfeel! Taste: Nutmeg, caramel, brown sugar. Appearance: Light amber. Aroma: Spicy, notes of cinnamon, cloves.
