The sound of Jura’s northern strait is home to the Gulf of Corryvreckan: a notorious whirlpool lying in wait for the unwary. Jura The Sound is initially matured in ex bourbon casks before being finished in casks that have previously held 15 Year Old Pedro Ximénez sherry. Notes of maple syrup drizzled over hazelnuts give way to warming winter notes of orange peel and black forest fruits. Taste: Caramel fudge, orange peel, black forest fruits and milk chocolate.
