Giles harnesses the natural sounds of our beautiful island and its surroundings. Finished in hand selected Scottish Pale Ale Casks, this whisky offers layers of tropical fruit flavours and aromatic hop notes. Taste: Soft, bitter-sweet citrus notes and hints of tropical fruit balanced with pine and vanilla spice. Aroma: Honeyed cereal, ripe citrus and freshly cut grass with a touch of vanilla and toffee richness.
