This is the J. Christopher flagship wine - a blend from excellent vineyards in four of the Willamette Valley’s AVAs: Dundee Hills, Chehalem Mountains, Yamhill-Carlton and Eola-Amity Hills. Made with native yeast fermentations and up to 18 months of barrel time, this is classic Oregon Pinot Noir. Food pairing: Wild mushroom risotto, grilled tuna belly, beef carpaccio or duck confit in wine sauce. Serving temperature: 14-16°C.
Taste: Juicy and tasty mouth, with medium body, refreshing acidity, and silky tannins.
Appearance: Ruby red.
Aroma: Cherry, sour cherry, blackberry, vanilla, tea.
