In Orkney, our northern latitude makes for truly beautiful skies, with long, colour-soaked sunsets in summer and a chance to see the otherworldly Northern Lights in winter. We like to think these awe-inspiring views are reflected in every whisky we make at our distillery in Kirkwall—each one offering layers of vivid flavour and a long, satisfying finish. Taste: Black cherries, cocoa nibs, honey and peat smoke follow on the palate offset by just a hint of pistachio. This one will linger with a spicy, peaty finish. Appearance: Deep amber.
