Grant’s Triple Wood 12 is matured in two barrels, commonly used in the industry, however it is the use of a third barrel that makes it unique. Each wood brings a distinct flavour - Sherry Cask is used in place of Virgin Oak, giving a sweet spice flavour. In 2019, Grant’s 12YO won IWSC Best in Class Trophy in Blended Scotch. Triple Wood 12 is, and continues to be, an accredited, Award Winning whisky. Taste: Vanilla, honey and spice. All mixed together for a rich, sweet flavour. Aged grains and peated malt add depth, too. Aroma: Sweet and sherry-like, with dried fruits. Subtle woody notes and malty undertones.
