This Barolo traces its origins to the La Morra, Barolo and Monforte vineyards. The soils of these, together with the young age of the vines, help to provide its signature affability and "easy to drink" character. Food pairing: with stewed beef, mushrooms and truffle dishes or aged cheese. Excellent with pasta, white meats and cold cuts. Serving temperature: 16-18° C. Taste: Scrubs of salty and meaty flavors and with support from liquorice dust and rhubarb. Appearance: Ruby red color. Aroma: Aroma of cherries and plum skin, lively refined tannins.
