Fermented under low temperature and controlled conditions. Excellent with many everyday foods, fish and chips, salads and omelets. Food pairing: with potatoes, fish and seafood. Goat and roquefort cheese. Basil pasta, fried tomatoes or vegetables. Serving temperature: 7-8° C. Taste: Fresh and balanced on the palate, good acidity. White fruits, like pear and apple, and white flowers. Long and intense finish. Appearance: Clean, bright yellow with gold rim. Aroma: Fruit, floral and herbaceous aromas.
