Nature and Time. Dreissigacker wines are definitely not "everybody's darling". They polarize and thus have a large fan base. They do not conform to any pattern, cliché or any other stereotype, but are deliberately independent, unadulterated and uniquely vinified wines. Sustainability, closeness to nature and ultimately time is what makes these wines. The grapes for the Dreissigacker Riesling come from biodynamically managed vineyards around Bechtheim and Westhofen. As is usual at Dreissigacker, we attach great importance to gentle processing when making our wines. After the selective harvest by hand, the Riesling grapes are transported to the winery as carefully as possible in small standard containers. Food pairing: with seasonal dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12° C. Taste: On the palate, juicy aromas of apricot, green apple and lime and a scent of white flowers. Appearance: Light yellow color. Aroma: Notes of citrus fruits.
