White wine making today has become (in many cases highly successfully) dependent on hightech winemaking technology and techniques that produce clean, fruity, albeit rather bland, wines. In making Légende Bordeaux White, (Sauvignon, Sémillon) the aim has been to take the wine drinker beyond this. The wine is intensely fresh and lively, with enough character and depth to waken the most jaded palate. Food pairing: with as an aperitif, or with fish and white meats. Serving temperature: 10-12° C. Taste: The mouth is ample, round, and balanced with a good freshness on the finish. Appearance: Bright straw yellow color. Aroma: Very aromatic and flattering nose, mixing floral notes (lily) with ripe fruit aromas (white peach, pineapple, lychee). Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon
