Michel Parisot was nominated "Best Sparkling winemaker of the Year 2020" by the jury of the International Wine and Spirits Competition. Taste: finesse of the intensely fruity palate with delicate notes of red fruits and apricots. Long finale with beautiful tonicity. To be served at 8°C to 10°C. Pairs nicely with spicy lobster, strawberries and raspberry sorbet. Appearance: apricot salmon pink colour with an elegant mousse and shiny glints. Aroma: Fresh flavours of small red fruits on the nose evolving towards floral hints. Grape variety: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.
