Founded in 1846, Champagne Devaux is now considered as a benchmark among the Champagne of the region of the Côte des Bar (Southern part of the Champagne appellation).The Champagne of the Collection D (Cuvée D, Ultra D and D Rosé) are emblematic of the oenological know-how of our winemarker - Michel Parisot - in the selection of parcels, precise blending and extended ageing time with a minimum maturation of 5 years. Michel Parisot was nominated "Best Sparkling winemaker of the Year 2020" by the jury of the International Wine and Spirits Competition. It can also pair with scallops with spider crab, scallops with truffles and also with chocolate and vanilla entremet. Taste: A deliciously fresh and creamy champagne of great persistence. Serve at 8°C to 10°C, as an aperitif. Appearance: Gold yellow colour with a delicate and persistant mousse. Aroma: white blossom and soft spices, mellowed by notes of toasted brioche and vanilla on the finish. Grape variety: Pinot Noir (Côte des Bar) and Chardonnay (Côte des Blancs)
