The sum of the Bierzo landscapes, their vegetation and diverse soils are condensed and asserted in Pétalos. Made entirely from old vines in Corullón and other municipalities, this is a young, fragrant wine which is able to express all the hues and shades of the region. Food pairing: excellent accompaniment to hearty meat dishes and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16- 18º C.
Taste: It offers flavors of blackcurrant, black cherry, and a subtle oak finish. Pétalos is a full-bodied wine with a velvety texture and a long finish.
Appearance: Bright cherry red.
Aroma: A bouquet of floral notes with hints of red berries and fruit. Dark cherries, plums, dried herbs and stones.
