Combining the sweet signature of Irish whiskey with the rich flavour of a peated malt produces this most sublime liquid which is distilled in two pot stills before over aging to ensure its smooth character. Taste: Silky smooth, honey sweet start, malt and fruits giving way to intense peat. Aroma: A light fruity nose with a distinct smoky and fruity aroma.
