Château Magnol is the single vineyard owned by Barton & Guestier.Located in the prestigious Haut Médoc Appellation.Château Magnol is internationally recognized by the press and regularly awarded in international competition. Since 1987 Château Magnol is classified Cru Bourgeois. Food pairing: Red meat, ripe cheeses. Try with Pyrenees cheese, black cherry jam and walnut bread. Serving temperature: 16°C -18°C. Taste: Round and well balanced with ripe and velvety tannins. The finish is long with intense red fruit aromas. Appearance: Intense garnet colour with purple highlights. Aroma: Flattering nose with intense cooked red fruit aromas (blackcurrant, plum). The ageing in oak gives delicate toasty and vanilla notes with a hint of cocoa.
