Abandoning the world of finance and Paris, Arnaud de Butler has made his home among the vineyards of Bordeaux. After thorough training in viticulture, he took up the reins of Château Crabitey from his father. The first vintages he produced were revelations, winning one award after another. This Graves takes him up another rung in his well-deserved ascension. Food pairing: with fine meats, roasted beef, water games, truffles and spicy stews. Serving temperature: 16- 18°C Taste: The attack is frank and complex over a well-integrated tannic base, evolving to a powerful mid-palate with extract redolent of black berried fruit. An excellent quality wine with all the typical characteristics of the Graves appellation. Appearance: Deep crimson in colour. Aroma: Bouquet of berried fruits, prunes and spices.
