The grapes are grown in the Veneto region in North-West Italy. After they have been crushed, fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain all the freshness and purity of the fruit and gain optimum flavours. Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, with starters, fish and seafood. Serving temperature: 8-10° C. Taste: Fresh taste of lime, melon and peach. Appearance: Straw yellow color.
