Food pairing: This wine was made to go with grand meat dishes, especially game, and with ripened cheeses and it is perfect for entertaining in the evening. Serving temperature: 16-18° C. Taste: Full-bodied yet round and balanced, with detectable but soft tannins. Appearance: The color is garnet red with slight ruby reflections.
