Bushmills' first release in the Steamship Collection is Sherry Cask Reserve: a limited release of fine malt whiskey exclusively matured in Oloroso Sherry butts. The Steamship Collection marks the 125th anniversary of the maiden voyage of the SS Bushmills, the distillery's own steamship that delivered its whiskey to new corners of the world. Taste: Malt, cocoa, sherry, dark fruit, spice, honey, nuts, ash and a light bit of citrus, vanilla and shortcake. Aroma: Sherry, dark fruit, nuts, toffee, char, spice, honey, cocoa and a bit of citrus and raisiny dark fruit.
