Braastad VS Cognac is a bold blend of Fins Bois and Bons Bois eaux-de-vie, aged between 4 and 12 years in the sublime cellars at Cognac Tiffon. Exclusively distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes, this VS-aged Cognac from the blenders at Braastad boasts fruity, floral and oaky notes with hints of sweet vanilla. The eaux-de-vie have been left to mature in marvelous Limousin oak casks buried deep in the private stores of Chateau de Triac in Jarnac. Taste: New oak, slightly creamy and pleasant on the palate, leading to a dry finish of clementine and citrus. Appearance: Orange gold. Aroma: Floral, fresh oak and almond accompanied by daisies and white roses.
