This wine comes from the heart of Valpolicella. The grapes are very softly pressed, maceration lasts 8/10 days and occurs at a controlled temperature. It is then followed by an ageing of 6-8 months both in oaks and steel barrels. Bottega Valpolicella Classico is a red wine suitable for all occasions.Food pairing: With cold cuts starters, soups, pasta, roasted or grilled white meat. It is an ideal summer red wine to be matched with savory fish courses. Serving temperature: 14-16° C. Taste: Medium-bodied, dry, quite sapid, with pleasantly astringent tannins.
